Saudi Arabia’s Tadawul All Share Index fell on Wednesday, losing 74.42 points, or 0.63 percent, to close at 11,656.35. The total trading turnover was SR5.46 billion ($1.46 billion) with 109 stocks advancing and 117 retreating. Similarly, the MSCI Tadawul Index decreased by 0.85 percent to close at 1,458.50. The parallel market Nomu also dropped by 0.26 percent, closing at 26,355.33, with 37 stocks advancing and 30 retreating.
Miahona Co. was the best performer, surging by 8.92 percent to SR24.90. Conversely, ADES Holding Co. was the worst performer, dropping by 4.60 percent to SR20.32. In the parallel market, Saudi Parts Center Co. was the top gainer, rising by 8.73 percent to SR59.80, while Yaqeen Capital Co. was the major loser, falling by 19.37 percent to SR32.25.
Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co. signed a binding agreement to acquire a 32.6 percent stake in DME Holdings Ltd. for SR107 million.
