Riyadh to Host MOMENTUM 2025 Development Finance Conference in December 📈

Saudi Arabia will host the Development Finance Conference MOMENTUM 2025 from Dec. 9 to 11 at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh. Organized by the National Development Fund (NDF) and held under the patronage of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, this year’s edition will take place under the theme “Leading Development Transformation.”

NDF Vice Chairman Mohammed Al-Tuwaijri thanked the crown prince for his continued support, noting that the conference reflects the Kingdom’s ongoing transformation and provides a strategic platform for building local and global development finance partnerships. He described MOMENTUM 2025 as “a new path for comprehensive and sustainable development,” aimed at maximizing impact across society, the environment, and the economy.

The conference seeks to strengthen the strategic direction of the NDF and its affiliated development funds and banks by enriching the development sector and improving coordination across the national development ecosystem. It also aims to support Saudi Arabia’s long-term priorities by aligning objectives and elevating the sector’s effectiveness.

MOMENTUM 2025 positions Saudi Arabia as a key global driver of sustainable development and highlights the NDF’s central role in advancing national transformation efforts. The event will serve as a hub for dialogue on the future of development finance and its contribution to achieving Saudi Vision 2030.

The program will also highlight the growing role of the private sector and small and medium-sized enterprises in accelerating economic growth and boosting competitiveness. More than 100 speakers from over 120 local and international organizations—including ministers, CEOs, global leaders, and development experts—are scheduled to attend.
