Riyadh Air, Saudi Arabia’s newest airline, will debut its cabin crew uniforms at the upcoming Paris Fashion Week, according to CEO Tony Douglas. Scheduled for June 18-23, this milestone aims to redefine cabin crew attire with a haute couture fashion collection, drawing inspiration from the film “Catch Me If You Can.” The uniforms will feature a unique color, symbolizing the airline’s commitment to quality, grace, refinement, and fashion. This move reflects Riyadh Air’s broader strategy to enhance its brand image and establish itself as a stylish, sophisticated airline ahead of its launch next summer.
In addition to its fashion-forward initiatives, Riyadh Air is rapidly building its operational capabilities. The airline has recruited over 30 highly qualified instructor pilots and begun training its third batch of cabin crew, preparing for certification flights starting in September. With 1.1 million applicants from 146 nationalities expressing interest in joining the airline, Riyadh Air has garnered significant attention. Douglas confirmed that the airline’s headquarters will soon be visible near Riyadh International Airport, marking another step in its mission to provide global connectivity and redefine the aviation experience.
