Global consulting firm North Highland plans to invest millions of dollars in Saudi Arabia, aiming to enhance workforce capabilities in alignment with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. CEO Alex Bombeck emphasized the company’s commitment to supporting Saudi Arabia’s economic growth and infrastructure during an interview with Arab News. He highlighted the importance of building a core team of Saudi nationals to bring international expertise to Riyadh.
Speaking at the GREAT Futures conference in Riyadh, Bombeck revealed that North Highland has already hired local employees and is rapidly expanding its team. He stressed the significance of digital upskilling, especially among younger workers, to foster innovative ideas and align with Vision 2030’s broader goals. The company engaged in discussions with key Saudi officials, including Commerce Minister Majid Al-Qasabi and Investment Minister Khalid Al-Falih, to support ambitious projects like NEOM and Red Sea Global. Bombeck concluded by emphasizing North Highland’s focus on agility and partnership with both the Saudi government and the private sector to drive progress and create value.
