ADQ Acquires 58% Stake in Aramex 📦

Abu Dhabi’s sovereign wealth fund ADQ has increased its ownership in Aramex to 58% after completing a tender offer, making it the majority shareholder in the logistics firm.

ADQ now holds:
📌 35.31% via Q Logistics (acquired through the tender offer)
📌 22.69% via Abu Dhabi Ports Group

In January, Q Logistics announced plans to acquire up to 100% of Aramex shares not already owned by Abu Dhabi Ports. Aramex specializes in logistics and transportation, including domestic and international express delivery via road, air, and sea.

The latest takeover offer was made through ADQ’s unit Q Logistics Holding at 3 dirhams ($0.8169) per share. The final number of tendered shares will be revealed on March 28.
